Rear sway bar

Note to all those new yxz owners. I have a little over 600 miles on my new yxz1000r and it has been a great machine already but. While out for my third trip i noticed the rear sway bar moving over all the way to right side. I found that the lock collar came loose inside of sway bar mount on chassis on right side allowing sway bar to walk over to right side. I put a hose clamp on it after repositioning it and drove it for another 100 miles or so without further problems. Took it to my dealer and they said it would be end of March til they could get a new sway bar and there is no noted correction for this from yamaha yet. They recommended i purchase some aftermarket clamps if i want to continue to use it or take it off. Would recommend to install additional locking collar on on your sway bars inside mounting as ones from factory are crimped on and no way to tighten them.

FYI, dealer cannot help much and sway bar replacement on back order til at least end of march, picking up from dealer today and going to install my new clamps on sway bar monday, not sure if goung to take back for sway bar replacment as nothing is really wrong with mine. Also skid plate flimsy and one bolt missing and one broke, recommend heavier duty skids like factory utv uhmw plastic.

I have 20 miles on mine - 2 weeks old. Sway bar moved towards drivers side and bent the end link - then the whole bar (not happy)

Just turned over 100 miles on mine. I thought the movement was normal dang. The clamps on Amazon are only around $13. Just picked me up some
