Chassis out of tolerance?

Hey everyone.. recently got into a new 2019 yxz ss. I’ve had multiple issues with the fit of accessories. Everything on the driver side seems to be off by a minimum of 1/2 inch. Things are not lining up. Did front bumper with connector bars by houser racing as well as their side bars. Connector on driver side is directly against the front plastic. Also the lower bar on the driver side I had to take a uni bit and open up both holes on the mounting brackets to get it on.. everything seems off on that side all together. Any thoughts?

It's probably the aftermarket parts. It's an old story. I spend hours making aftermarket parts fit. They are mass produced and if any thing gets off, they crank out thousands that are tweaked. If you can get two different sides to bolt up ever, you are lucky. The only parts that are almost guaranteed to fit right are oem.

Yeah I thought that too at first. The last piece I tried was the crossbar for the 5pt harness. It had a bracket on each side.. one completely cleared the seat on passenger side. The driver side was into the seat by1/2” to 3/4. Measured the brackets on each side for distance to the mounting flange. Both sides were identical distance on the aftermarket piece but lined up differently on the machine
