I think the special edition also comes with 14" Beadlock Wheels, Color Matched A-Arms, Seats and beadlock Ring. Nothing that you can't add yourself after purchasing the normal edition.

the blue has paint matched a-arms as well... I think the orange gets grey though...

That is some nice attention to detail with the arms, even if they were just in black I wouldn't mind

Might be too extra but i'd look into getting blue lugs for the wheels.

When I was putting my deposit in
My dealer told me the SE also has painted bodywork like a sport bike the blue and orange is just that color plastic

The SE has true beadlocks wheels, and in Traditional early Yamaha colors.

That's one thing I noticed, it's a color scheme that should make it blend in perfectly with even some sportbikes they offer. I know a picture like that is what they're bound to do to show their product portfolio.
