No other electronics at the moment, just the light bar. Doubt I will add much else, perhaps some additional lighting for wide angle of view at night. I use my machine for pure dune riding.

From what I've gathered so far; if you want to run bigger than a 15" light bar and a few other goodies you can either change the stator or add the alt. Just quoting the dude at the dealer.

I have tried looking for a more capable stator. Is there one that someone has found and used with good results?

The alternator looks like a small Nippon Deso which looking around can be bought for 100.00 bucks or so we used them in racing wiring is simple gonna look into doing some measuring and maybe make a kit 700.00 is just crazy-money... if you can weld and do some fab work it doesn't look complicated

My light bar draws 10amps and because of the turbo the radiator fan and intercooler fan run constant. My light bar relay trips from the stock high beam circuit, so the factory brights are on at the same time also. Whilst duning I run the volts display and have never seen it drop below 13v. After resting and then restarting the pre-start volts are still at least 11.8v so I think the factory stator is keeping up OK.

3300 miles @ ?hrs, so far so good!
