Has anyone tried adjusting the tps sensor to help with hesitation off idle, it is slotted for adjustment

Just signed up to describe my experiences with the yxz1000 and I look forward to decision on the Yxz. So I saw this post and no reply. Tps adjmt was impressive to find that when turned right the machine is very quick and responsive up to about to 6500 8000 rpm and idle speed is 2000 2500 rpm. To the left idle remains at 1450 and she runs real dogish. That is my experience so I called the shop and he says I should leave it alone because we may get some error codes appear. So far no codes and in recent days I adjust tps all the time while running or not just can't get over that extra quickness. Tps can be easily adjust with volt meter to send .63-.73V standard.
